Dr. Jordan Arbuckle

Growing up in Northern Virginia, Jordan was constantly outside hiking, kayaking, or training for half marathons.  This led her to study Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise at Virginia Tech. During her time at VT, Jordan held multiple leadership positions as the president of the school’s Make-a-Wish chapter, a trip leader for the Outdoor Club, and as one of the school’s tour guides for transitional students. No matter the position, Jordan just wanted to help others succeed.

After leaving Blacksburg Virginia, Jordan continued her doctoral education at Shenandoah University where she completed an internship with Explosive Performance. This internship provided her with opportunities to train professional athletes and collegiate teams.

Today, Jordan finds herself spending most of her free time powerlifting, paddle boarding, or cheering on (or most likely yelling at) her favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles, every Sunday. She finds the most joy providing education to her patients on movement and exercise to help them get back to a pain-free lifestyle!
