Adult Personal Training

Are you ready to return to the gym but concerned about getting injured? Sick of workouts that leave you in more pain than when you started?

CHP’s adult personal training program is scientifically designed to help you reach your goals while helping you feel better, not worse. Our one-on-one sessions are under the direction of a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. They are conducted in our state-of-the-art training facilities in McLean and Bethesda.

Your adult personal training experience includes:

  • A personalized assessment that measures your mobility, movement patterns, strength, and areas for improvement 
  • A scientifically designed personal training program that is based on the results of your assessment and your goals
  • One-on-one training sessions in Cohen Health and Performance’s state of the art training facilities in Bethesda or McLean 
  • At-home recommendations to continue with improvements made in your session
  • Evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to assess any current or previous injuries (if necessary)
