Turn ambitions into achievements.
Performance U is our premier, small-group sports performance training program designed for elite high school athletes who are committed to achieving their highest potential.
Performance training sessions take place in our state-of-the-art facilities in Bethesda and McLean, ensuring a professional and inspiring environment for every workout.
1. My athlete already works out with their team—what makes this different or necessary?
Team workouts are often one-size-fits-all. Performance U offers individualized programming in a small-group setting, tailored to each athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, and sport-specific goals. We provide what most team environments can’t: targeted development, cutting-edge technology, and expert coaching.
2. Will my athlete get enough personal attention in a small group?
Absolutely. Our small group format is intentionally designed to provide both individualized attention and the motivation of training alongside peers. Every athlete follows a custom plan, and our expert coaches ensure form, progress, and safety are closely monitored.
3. Is this only for top-tier athletes who are already being recruited?
Not at all. Performance U is for motivated athletes who are serious about improving, whether they’re already getting college interest or just starting to explore their potential. We meet each athlete where they are and help them reach the next level.
4. Will this conflict with school sports, academics, or other activities?
We specifically designed Performance U to fit around busy academic and sports schedules. Our flexible scheduling options help athletes stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed or overcommitted.
5. Is this safe for my athlete, especially during intense training periods or after an injury?
Yes. Our programs are developed and overseen by Doctors of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. We use advanced tools like force plate testing to track fatigue, reduce injury risk, and ensure athletes are progressing safely and sustainably.
