Update on COVID-19

At Cohen Health and Performance, the health and safety of our patients are our highest priority every day. While we consistently follow health and safety protocols at our clinic, we want to inform you about the extra precautions we’re taking during this time of heightened concern to ensure everyone remains healthy.

Here are the additional safety measures we’ve implemented:

– All CHP team members are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including receiving their booster shots.
– Masks are required for both staff and patients/clients.
– Hand sanitizer is readily available to all patients.
– Social distancing is maintained between patients.
– The clinic, equipment, and all communal surfaces (such as door handles and counters) are disinfected after each patient visit.
– We adhere to the CDC’s COVID-19 Quarantine & Isolation guidelines for exposures.

As always, your therapist will NEVER treat multiple patients at the same time. During these uncertain times, our commitment to individualized care is crucial for keeping you safe.

To help reduce the spread of respiratory illnesses like COVID-19, we ask all CHP patients/clients to do their part.

– Feeling unwell or tested positive for COVID-19? Please listen to your body, stay home, and notify us immediately at (240) 686-5609 or by emailing your therapist.
– All patients/clients are required to wear a mask during their visit.
