Welcome to Cohen Health and Performance – Vienna/Oakton. Our upcoming physical therapy and performance-training facility will offer the same one-on-one care as CHP’s existing locations, designed for people who value an active, athletic lifestyle. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to enhance performance, you’ll train in a setting built around sports-science technology, field turf, and a modern weight room.
This location is coming soon, with an expected opening of February 1, 2027 at the earliest. Until then, we invite you to request an appointment and begin at our McLean facility, approximately 15 minutes away. Patients can transition to Vienna/Oakton once it opens.

They have a great team of people that are very knowledgeable. They tailored a personal plan to get me back into my sport and regular pain free life.
Had a great experience here with Dr. Matt Anastasia. Went for knee pain and weakness on one side, and both feel so much better now. Also had other back and hip pain and weakness and those feel much better too. Good use of targeted weight training and plyometrics, highly recommend here!
I loved my experience with Cohen PT. I came in following a knee injury, which quickly healed over a few months with their guidance. Having been to both strip-mall variety PT services and VHC (Virginia Hospital Center), I appreciated Cohen's sports-minded approach for the active client.
